Can i Ejaculate after my back surgery?
I had my back surgery 6 months ago but i can't ejaculate. I have no sensation in my penis also. But sometimes i get morning erection as well as wet dreams. So, can i ejaculate or not ?

If it was normal before surgery ,the reason could be surgical intervention.
