I want to know if I can crush my 50mg Tramadol and take it with applesauce? I have RA and use Tramadol from time to time for the pain.

Yes that can be done. However there is minute chance that it may reduce its potency and you will not have the same effect. Take diclofenac insted and it will give you the same effect. It is even available in dispersible form so you can mix it with applesauce or take it in a glass of water.
