Can dolo 650 be given after meftal 500

My son fever was 102at 12am. We gave him meftal 500. He is 13 yrs and weighs 60 kgs. Now it's 3 am but still his fever is 101. Can I give him dolo650 now?is it safe.

For 13 years old kid , the weight is on the higher percentile Give only paracetamol 500 mg 6 th hourly for fever for 2 days Please don’t give meftal Avoid junk food, give plenty of fluids, fruits and vegetables Encourage mild physical activities , decrease the screen time
