Last two months i am taking bp tablet currently talking lodoz 2.5 tablet. In the morning before taking tablety bp was 100/60 then after 10 min its showing 120/90. Can i stop bp tablet or continue. Or bp fluctuation is normal or any wrong with me

May stop your medication and regularly check your blood pressure in the morning and night Do regular exercise and yoga,meditation ,salt restriction If having bp more than 135/85 ,can start medication
