Having upper back pain and chest stiffness for 4 months, to clarify visited cardio doctor and done cardio evaluation test like ecg, echo and tmt, all are normal. To take 2nd opinion visited one more cardio doctor he also commented the same like nothing to worry. Only lifestyle change and reducing weight will help.
Visited ortho doctor he said pain is because of muscle spasm and postural issue.
