Can conception be confirmed by Scan ?
My wife has been tested negative in BHCG at her 34th day of pregnancy. Her cycle was normal during her last 4 cycles.
Today is her 37th day and she has not got her periods still. She doesn't have vomiting or any guiddiness except that she was thirst a week back. Now she doesn't have any symptoms.
Can we diagnose if she has conceived or not through ultrasound scan ?

No usg will not assure you so early. B-hcg is gold standard if you are confused repeat b-hcg once and then too its negative then consider her non pregnant then give her pills by advice of Gynaec to induce her menses
