Can cancerous swollen lymph nodes shrink
It's around a 45 days and some of my lymph nodes in neck have shrink but some are normal in size. Does it mean it's cancerous ?

Need not be. It can be normal or due to infections too. Any associated fever or weight loss or sweating along with the size of the node is a concern. If not shown before, then better to show to a General Surgeon for clinical examination
