Can armpit lump be painless
Hi I am 38 year old female. I had read that females after a certain age should undergo tests for early detection of cancer. Recently when I was self examining I noticed there is a small lump in my armpit which is painless. Can this lump be cancerous? What could be the cause of this lump?
