Can't get proper diagnosi. Step!

It started with bad cough and low fever for 1 month and knee pain then suddenly morning stiffness and fatigue started now it is six month and i have different issue like numbness and something crawling inscalp,pain in legs,back,stiffness ,severefatigue ,difficulty in standing and i cant walk long distance it all started in last six month before that i only have some ibs like symptoms and no otherness problem during this i met several doctors two rheumatologist,twophysician ,psychiatrist finding are ANA positve,vitamim d and b12 deficiency crp ,tsh,brain mri,ct scan are normal leaving kidney stone frm long time One rheumatologist say fibromyalgia but no autoimmune disease other rheumatologist says stress is cause,gp rule out fibro and said depressivemigraine .Psychatrist said depression. I hav taken d rise,b12 injection ,antidepressant but no improvement .I ws in emotional stress when it all started but now i m normal nd go office daily and do work in pain also plz suggest nxt step
