Is this something newly noticed or has it been there since few weeks or since birth?
Many babies have it and usually it’s normal. If this is new or if there is any increase in the same or if it is associated with redness or pain, then clinical examination is needed

Appears to be Normal. But mother who sees the child regularly observes puffiness, it is better to consult ophthalmologist for further evaluation and treatment.
