Pls find attachment and let me know about my report,as my doctor is out of town for a week so I wanted to know next test or treatment

Your calprotectin levels are SIGNIFICANTLY raised. Suggesting either IBS OR IBD. Intestinal Infections, polyps etc are also possible.
Next Steps
colonoscopy and biopsy.

plant based diet. have salads green vegetables fruits in abundance. avoid dairy products, no animal foods.
