For losing weight in a healthy and permanent way :
1. Maintain meal gaps: maintain meal gaps of not more than 3 hours is very important. It boosts up the metabolism and helps in weight loss.
2. Include dandelion tea in your diet, consume it 2-3 times. You can buy it online easily.
3. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables in your diet in the form of smoothies and soups.
4. Walk atleast 10k steps a day.
5. Drink infused water: chop your fav fruits and herbs in water and enjoy.
Hi
Every app shows different indicators as per it’s customisation and designed programming…
Kindly not to rely on apps , instead focus on the right kind of diets and physical activities that needs to be followed in order to achieve your desired kind of weight loss or inch loss.
A calorie deficit diet is one such kind of thing where you can focus on (or) another one being negative calorie balancing where you consume less and exercise more.. so both may work..
First start off with one and see if you find any small results after few weeks or in a month or so and accordingly switch to another option ..
Thankyou

Dietitian/Nutritionist
Greetings for the day!!
Calorie restriction is a good method of loosing weight. But it needs to be done along with other lifestyle modifications like indulging in physical activity, having a stress free environment, practicing stress management, etc. Just calorie restriction can lead to other problems like hair fall, saggy skin, acne breakout etc. Also 1250kcal is too low for your age. A detailed assessment of nutritional status, requirement and metabolism is necessary to plan the diet. Apps usually give generalised plans that don't help everyone.
Involve in physical activity- cardio atleast 30 min daily
A proper diet plan from a professional
Switching over to healthy lifestyle
These will help you reach your target easily.
Thank you
