Calf pain n swelling in feets
Its my 5th month going on n im suffering from calf muscle pain n sweilling in feets,can stand even for 20 minutes continuosly. Gynae gave Evion lc for 20days,VitD3 weekly for 4 weeks,doubled dose of triple A cal D. Besides taking labebet 100,thyronorm 50,livogenz. What else can i do to reduce same,i have difficulty in working household chores. Pls suggest. Also someone suggested me MAMA PROTEINX,can i take it without consulting gynae or should i consult gynae before starting it??? Pls guide me on both subjects Age 32,G2A1 Level2 done ,reports r fine

If ur BP is normal take lime juice with pinch of salt in it Keep pillow below legs for 10min so that blood circulation is gud Some ankle stretch after waking up

You can take them, they are absolutely safe. These problems are common in pregnancy and can persist till delivery.
