Calculate the days for concieve
My periods started at 29 March 2018 at 11.30pm. And I wants to concieve this month so how to calculate days.. I am confused so give me a date... Thanks in advance

Are you having regular cycle then first 7 days and last 7 days are safe and other day you can meet without any fear . start folic acid also and in touch with gynecologist also.
