Calcium deposit in liver can be due to multiple reasons.. It can range from simple sequelae of maternal viral infections to more severe issues like a genetic problem in d baby.. My suggestion Wud b to take a second opinion with a level fetal medicine center immedately before taking drastic steps like termination .. unless ur doctor is already an expert fetal medicine person.
