I had epilepsy decade back I my went for ct scan for health check-up but report revel calcified parechymal granuloma and my friend report say calcified granuloma I am confused we both have same diesase but impression is different

They both are same and you need to worry about the same as calcified granuloma are nothing to worry about until they give you any type of symptoms like seizures, headaches etc. So do not worry about the same, although it would have been better if you would have posted the CT scans for further evaluation...
