May be hyperostosis or osteophytes.adhesive capsulitis may also be associated.i need further evaluation of your problem to come to conclusion.

In patients with diabetes n thryroid dysfunction adhesive capsulitis is very common. U need to go through a proper evalution by a pain physician before starting any treatment.
