PAIN IN LEFT HAND. HAVING . DIABETES MELLITUS. ARTHRITIS.. THYROID . PAIN is since 15 days. Xray has been done Dolo has been suggested.

1. Tab Pan 40 mg once daily before breakfast. 2. Tab Enzomac Plus twice daily after meals. 3. Ibugesic Nano gel local application thrice daily

May be hyperostosis or osteophytes.adhesive capsulitis may also be associated.i need further evaluation of your problem to come to conclusion.

In patients with diabetes n thryroid dysfunction adhesive capsulitis is very common. U need to go through a proper evalution by a pain physician before starting any treatment.
