I have calcification in my left thigh went to do fnac as per doctor advise. Doctor have written ct guided fnac but the radiologist afterwards inspecting my mri scan photos suggested that usg guided fnac is ok for me , can you suggest that since usg guided is done, so it is not that much critical, is it so? My mri scan report is attached

You need a biopsy tats all.. doesn't really matter how you do.. if the radiologist can do it by usg let it be done.. if reports are inconclusive plan next step.. MRI seems not so serious anyways
