Cahest tightness...
I am 32years old...weight is 45kg...for few month I am suffering from chest tightness...along with suffocation...sometimes slight pain and whatever I am eating not able digest...everyday suffering from gas...sometimes feels like vomiting...cant sleep at night feeling anxious...thinking why it is happening to me...plz suggest what to do?
