  4. Cafe Au Lait Spots. Is it nf related?

Cafe Au Lait Spots
My have more than 20 cafe au lait spots that are bigger than 5mm and in total he have almost 35 CALs he is almost 3 years old. He is very sensitive and got skin allergies from food or fabric. Nowadays he is suffering from irregular knee pain during night he woke up with pain. He face problem in digestion and constipation. Is it NF related? Rep plz
