Bypass surgery safely
How safe is it, I saw a video on YouTube, and it's just breaking his sternum and attaching it again after a bypass with a healthy vein, can anyone honestly agree to the fact that it will take at least 1 year to recover and 2 years to completely recover from it ?

Depends upon pre procedure state of patient , cardiac function i.e ejection fraction If these are preserved than recovery will-be early
