Post weatherising hysterectomy histopathology report shows 1.Endometriod adenocarcinoma , moderately differentiated infiltrating more than 50% of the wall. Involving left and right side of body of uterus 2.Left Fallopian tube -lumen shows tumour embolus 3.lymph node (1/16). Show metastatic adenocarcinoma remaining nodes negative for malignancy . PTNM-T1bNoMx Now need to know what will be future action recommended Unending
