Most common cause of buzzing sound in ear(tinnitus) is ear wax. Assuming you have shown an ent specialist already there is no wax. Other common cause is common cold that cause accumulation of fluid in ear. Can cause buzzing sound or make u feel hear your own voice loudly(autophony).
Next Steps
if there is any cold should take treatment for that. if these are ruled out you should get pure tone audiometry test done and also tympanometry .
