Hi, I have continuous buzzing sound in right ear. I also have servical spine-disc compression at c2-c3 and L4-L5. Also having Vitamin D and B12 deficiencies. Please suggest any medicine. I have already consulted an ENT specialist and there were few audiometry tests done but no issues were found with ear infection. Please suggest next steps.

You seem to be suffering from tinnitus which may occur because of various reasons such as sensory neural hearing loss, acoustic trauma, eustachian tube dysfunction, chronic otitis media, tumors etc. Treatment depends on identifying cause for your problem. Many times it is a very difficult condition to treat and hearing aid may be only option
Next Steps
Consult nearby ENT specialist for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment if required
