Buttock Pain
I am having pain in mid-upper region of buttock (right side), while sitting and bending forward? No pain on the coccyx, while walking or doing any other activity.

Hi..since how long you have this pain?? It seems to be coccydynia..it pains only while sitting..you can take anti inflammatory..
Health Tips
apply ice packs at particular place where it hurts..for 10 mins thrice a day... avoid hard surface sitting... prolonged sitting.. further contact me I'll show you exercises to strengthen your muscles..
