If you are experiencing any burning sensation of upper abdomen ,belching and getting a feeling of sour liquid in your mouth ,then you are having symptoms of gastritis you need to consult a physician for that. Butter milk might cause sensation of bloating and as it is alkaline it doesn't cause any gastritis.Dont worry your cholesterol is not affected by low fat buttermilk.
