Butt pimples, dark skin, hairfall
Hello Doctors! I'm 21 and I'm starting to take care of my skin now, especially my privates and butt area. I've been having butt pimples since long , mom said since childhood but nothing was done to prevent them. They still occur and the scars are quite ugly to look at. How can I stop the pimples? And the scars especially. About the hair fall, I've been diagnosed with pcos 2years ago and before that I had much volume of hair but now they keep falling , I'm afraid I'm getting bald. I have dark skin in my privates n inner thighs, although I'm a fair person. Please help. Thanks

Acne along with hairfall means there may be some hormonal cause for this like pcod which is polycytic ovaries disease. This needs to be checked. The hairfall is called female pattern baldness and will continue and may get severe if not treated. The pigmentation in thighs and neck and underarms and also face is due to acnathisis  nigricans which is also swent in pcod. You are suffering from hormonal changes causing Androgenetic alopecia causing hair fall. It's completely stoppable even regrowth of hair is possible with certain medications without any side effects. Treatment depends on the grade of hair loss. So, it's a must for diagnosing which grade, you are in for an effective treatment.
