  4. Burnt hands. Remove the pigmentation?

I fell hot tea on my hand a week ago.Doctros in practo suggested me to apply silverex cream and I am still applying it My burnt area has became dry.Will the silverex cream will remove the pigmentation?? If not, could you please suggest burnt scars removal cream. Also, note I am 5 weeks pregnant.so please suggest some pregnancy safe creams.
