Burnt area not drying

Asked for Female, 32 Years

My waist was burnt 20 days before. It became blistered and brusted after few days. Now 20 days passed but still it's not became normal. Liquid type of substance is coming out from it. I am using burnheal and neosporin powder on it. But it's not drying. What should I do?
