Burning sensation while urinating

Asked for Male, 63 Years

My father is experiencing burning sensation while urinating. Urine culture is normal , NCCT KUB test everything came. Blood test also everything came normal kidney is also normal. Doctors confirmed no UTI. We met many doctors but we got no resolution . Can anyone help?
