Burning Sensation, Semen Leakage
Summary of Symptoms: I am experiencing a burning sensation at the tip of the penis after urination. → This issue has been recurring for the past 7–8 months. Sometimes it subsides for a few days but then returns again. There are 3–4 small, hard nodules (like stones or cysts) under the skin of the penis. → They have been present for several years. They are painless but clearly felt when touched. During bowel movements, a small amount of semen-like white discharge leaks out without any sexual arousal. → This issue has also been ongoing for several years. These problems are causing mental stress and a sense of physical weakness. → Urine flow is normal, with no blockage or difficulty Please help me, Doctors. I am very worried and confused. I don’t know what to do or which tests to undergo so that I can finally get cured. These issues have been troubling me for a long time. I truly want to get better now — please guide me.
