Burning Sensation Outside Of Anus - Generally I Have A

Burning sensation outside of Anus

Generally I have a burning sensation around my anus which will be fine after applying oil around there. But recently about 3weeks this sensation is very frequent and not fine after applying oil and always dry and pains during friction. I want to know what is the issue and which specialists should I check with.
