Burning Sensation on Penis
I am experiencing burning sensation at the tip of my penis every time I pee since 3 days and there is a tingling throughout the day at the tip of penis and I get the urge to pee again and again.
This has started since I masturbated 4 times in a day.

It could be a small injury to urine pipe.
I would suggest testing- urine routine & microscopy. If that is normal, then soothing gel/cream may be fine. See a doctor after the report
