Burning sensation in vagina

Asked for Male, 38 Years

My spouse aged 39yrs having Burning sensation in vagina since last 3days. While urinating the burning sensation increases. Currently her periods are also going on. She is also having lower back pain since last 30days. Please accordingly advise.
