Burning sensation in penis.
Hello i am having burning sensation in my penis tip after i wake up and urinate. The urine is also yellow and foul smelling. Their is tingling sensation and burning in my penis throughout the day and this pain also moves to the shaft of penis and it is very uncomfortable as if my penis is on fire. Also i feel pressure in my bladder region and pain in lower back and sometimes near kidneys. What should I do?
