Certain medications for high blood pressure and anti depressants can give rise to burning sensation in the mouth. Would advise to express this to your physician if the medications can be changed to another class of drugs to remove this side effect. However , proper history and examination to rule out any local cause is also needed
Next Steps
Physician opinion , online consult with ENT to rule out local cause
Health Tips
Stress management , maintain good oral hygiene, no tobacco intake or smoking, avoid oily spicy crunchy food , vit b complex supplementation
