Burning sensation in left part of penis

Asked for Male, 29 Years

Burning sensation which starts from sole of left feet,left testicle and left part of penis.ot feels like through vein its burning.not for all the time..for sometimes it stays then goes..recently i noticed after masterbation it also get started..this problem started with burning sensation during urination then later semen lile substances came out while pooping.Now ita not there..i am facing this problem from lastbone month.treated with Md doc he gave levomab 500 urikinf urispan but not cured.
