Extreme burning sensation during urination started suddenly early morning. Frequent urge to go pee. Leg cramps.

Care AI Shimmer
Drink plenty of fluids as possible. Give a urine culture and sensitivity test. Syr. Citralka 15 ml twice a day for 5 days would be useful. Tab. Mirago 50mg once a day for 5 days. If the culture test is positive, then start antibiotics.
