Burning sensation at the top of penis
I recently had unprotected sex with three different females in a span of 10 days. Since a day or 2, I've been getting this really irritating burning sensation on top of my penis. Even when I try to pull down the foreskin it hurts and burns. The top of my foreskin has become dry. And there's a often discharge around the top of the penis as well.
