After eating the food my stomach starts burning  .. even after the taking cold water it pains.it happens atleast one time in day

you are having  gastritis. please get yourself examined by physion/gastroenterologist for peptic ulcer disease. this may need upper gi endoscopy. avoid spicy/oily food. eat green vegetables more, more salads. drugs should be taken only after confirmation of diagnosis.

hello der gastritis peptic ulcer disease should be ruled out have more fruits and green leafy veg avoid spicy food have food on time consult gastroenterologist for further evaluation and treatment.
