Burning palms and feet
Hi,
Every day when I am about to go to bed, I am feeling burning sensation in my palms and feet.
Sometimes after lunch also (noon) , I feel the same pain n tingling burning feeling in palm and feet. I also feel drowsiness and feel dull after lunch along with these symptoms.
Temperature of palms is always high like having fever but I don't have fever it's just palms n feet.
Applying ice or washing with cold water relieves the symptoms.
Please suggest what could be the underlying cause and further guidance.

Are you a diabetic or do you have any other co morbid diseases
If no, it look like a case of RLS
consult neurologist, definitely you will get relief
