Burning pain in shoulders and thighs

Asked for Male, 27 Years

Good evening!.. I'm 27 y/o. Having undiagnosed multiple lymph nodes in right neck. A small nodule in thyroid also. All these from past 5 yrs, did many tests wherein TB is negative and Cancer still not confirmed. I have been facing burning pain in shoulders and thighs that comes & goes every now & then since more than a week now. I'm worried if its not a symptom of cancer or something. Please clear my doubt I'll be grateful. Thank you! 🙏
