Burning pain due to lumps on tongue
For the last three months I have noticed lumps on my tongue , Initially there was no pain and I started using dologel but for the last few days on the right side corner of tongue I am facing severe burning pain and Also pain in throught which has changed my voice a bit
I am an Alcoholic and Smoker
Please suggest me whom should I consult

Any swelling of the tongue not resolving by any treatment in a alcoholic and smoker needs to be evaluated in detail. You may need to undergo detailed mouth and throat evaluation for diagnosis
