Burning in stomach
Constant burning feeling in stomach (middle), tolerable, but annoying and sometimes worse. Lots of stress, not sure if that's a cause. Constant fatigue, nausea - many times after eating, sometimes wake up to it. BP yesterday read 110/72, drink at least a gallon of water daily, at least 40 min exercise, multi vitamin

Follow some life style changes : stop tea coffee.  Avoid spicy food.  Don't eat cabbage / capsicum/ don't drink / eat citrus fruits. It's better to get a upper Gastroscopy done to rule out ulcers/ erosions/ presence of H.pylori infection. By then you can take tab. PANTODAC DSR (1-0-1) HALF AN HOUR BEFORE MEAL FOR 7 DAYS.
