Burning in eye & puffiness

Asked for Female, 34 Years

Iam 34 weeks pregnant and from a week I have been experiencing burning & dryness in both the eyes with puffiness sometimes more at morning I have recently started using cooler at night & sometimes ac my bp is normal plz advice me what should do is it something to be of imp thank you
