Hello
It is very difficult to comment without actually examining your eyes
this may be due to dryness
you can 1. Blink a lot
2. Wash eyes with fresh water
3. Cold compresses
4. Use lubricating eye drop like flogel

Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
Use sunglasses when you go out.
Use OnTears eye drops 1 drop 5 times a day and close your eyes for 5 minutes after instilling the drop.
Consult a ophthalmologist if the issue still persists.
