Burning and pain while pee
I had kidney stone operation PCNL in may 2019 on left side. In September i was having urine burning problem whenever i do more physical activities and usually goes after normal routine.
In 10 oct 2020 i have used expired codoms but that time i am having urine burning priviously so i ignored that.
Now i have did urine culture and sensitivity test for burning problem but it came negative saying no organism found.
My urologist gave me kackstol 200mg and cital uti 5 days back but it is not helpful for me.
I am still feeling burning more than previous not able to sleep due to that burning. Is it related to kidney stone or that expired condom where my partner feel same burning and treated successfully with levocet tablet.

You seem to have a urinary track infection. However the urine culture has not shown any organism probably due to the antibiotic taken.
