Get her blood sugar levels done.If she is diabetic and on treatment then repeat levels and alter medicines to optimise blood sugar levels. As it is very common in diabetics.
She needs an examination and then some antifungal and antibacterial tablets and pessaries can be prescribed.
Cotton innerwear only to be used till then and keep dry.
