Burning after ejaculation whenever ejac.

Previous year 2021 April, i was feeling burning after urination and ejaculation, frequent urge to urinate, and i consult an urologist and have done tests like rutine urine examination, urinecls, wbc, rbc, urea, creatinine, random sugar ,and KUB USG. But nothing was found and doctore advise me to take mirabeg, bongisht gold and Solicept 10 for 1 months. After taking medicine for 1 week my heart beat increased and body start shaking so after 20 days i stopped taking medicine and was unable to consult doctor again due to 2nd covid wave, and till that my burning after urination stopped and time of frequent urination increased but not fully recovered...after one year in 2022 May, i visited again to urology for frequent urination, or urge to pee, and main issue was burning after sex arousal, or after ejaculation he also done above listed test nothing found and he also gives me zenocin and T dariten for 40 days, and not complete relief,burning ejaculation, somtimes frequent urination
