Bumps with puss and cracks

Asked for Female, 26 Years

Hi doctor My mom is suffering from cracks since 2 years and taking medicine for it from the beginning. One week ago she got a red bumps on feet with leakage of pus. Again she took medicine as per prescription. Still it is in the same condition like even more worse it is. I have attached the prescription what she is following now. Can you please advise what needs to be done for this.
